Guided tour to a workshop where curds are made

One of the most appreciated desserts of Empordanet (the writings of Josep Pla are testimony) is the "recuit de drap", a type of fresh cheese of soft paste drained and wrapped in a cloth of cellulose. And it looks great with honey or sugar!

Recuits Nuri opens the door to all travellers who wish to get to know the family workshop where goats milk products are made in a traditional way. Visits to the dairy finish with a taste of her star product: "recuit de drap" a curd drained through a cellulose cloth and eaten as dessert. Make the most of the visit to stroll through the beautiful mediaeval village of Ullastret!

Guided tours can be done in Catalan and Spanish. In July and August also in English and German. Visits for up to 15 people. In case of being more than 15 people, a visit will be made below.
