Horse-riding excursion

There are many ways of enjoying Les Gavarres Area of Natural Interest, and one of them is on horseback. If you like the idea, Anna Wintle at the small, relaxed riding centre Les Feixes offers the chance to accompany you and guide you on a horse-riding excursion and/or give you horse-riding classes during your getaway to the authentic Empordà region.

Enjoying the natural environment of Les Gavarres, we will take a walk along the path and trails that will awake all the senses. Crossing rivers, going up and down hills, will visit a lime kiln and an aqueduct… We will enjoy the native flora and perhaps see the footprints of a wild boar… over the steps of the horses and ponies. The walk will respect the ability of the most beginner. 

Maximum 5 people. You can speak Catalan, Spanish, English and French in the same group.

The center provides a protection helmet. Comfortable shoes and outfit are required. Activity allowed from 6 years old.
