Initiation Course in Nordic Walking

Nordic Walking, originally from Finland, is a sport that was born as a substitute for cross-country skiing in the summer, but which currently occupies its own place, due to the ease of practice and the comprehensiveness of the musculoskeletal structures involved.
It is indeed a sport accessible to all and very beneficial at a physical and psychosocial level.
With the Vertical Emotions courses you will learn the history, the different progression techniques and the benefits of Nordic Walking, while putting it into practice in natural environments.
In the Initiation Course to Nordic Walking we will make a first contact with the sport, we will explain the characteristics of the material, the differences between hiking and Nordic walking, the basic techniques of progression and the advantages of using poles.
