Mindfulness among sheep
The experience of being in contact with nature and with oneself!
We will enter the lands of Mas Casas, where the meadows, trees and olive trees will invite us to pay full attention (mindfulness) to the senses of smell, touch, sight and taste. We will be in an ideal space to reconnect with the presence of the body and the calm of the mind. During the meeting we will also come into contact with the sheep, we will let them come closer and we will see what awakens us when we interact with them.
