RocToc's free entrance with all material included and private climbing lesson

The activity is offered in Catalan, Spanish, and English.
Comfortable sportswear is recommended. The activity requires a
minimum of 2 participants and a maximum of 8 per group, as
the ratio during the 30-minute private class is one instructor for
every 8 participants. If the group is larger, additional instructors
can be provided to ensure proper attention, adapting to the
group needs.

You will have access to all our facilities, adapted for different
climbing levels. The necessary equipment (climbing shoes,
harness) is included to ensure a complete and safe experience.
During the 30-minute private class, a qualified instructor will
guide you personally. You will learn basic concepts such as
movement technique, foot placement, efficient use of your
hands, and weight distribution. If you already have experience,
the instructor will suggest specific exercises to refine your
technique, improve strength, endurance, and mental
management on more challenging routes.
Additionally, you will learn about the climbing gym safety rules,
the proper use of equipment, and tips to enjoy climbing
responsibly. Once the class is over, you can continue climbing
freely and practice everything you've learned, taking advantage
of the safe and dynamic environment of our climbing gym.
