We will walk through a farm where we will find all kinds of trees, plants, flowers, herbs... Finally, we will taste our wines and oil and everything edible that we will find during the walk. We will literally drink and eat the landscape. We will discover how a permacultural farm works where water capture and management, crop association and the constant increase in biodiversity and soil fertility play a central role.
