New free training: Grow your business with WhatsApp Business

The Origen Empordanet project is organizing a new free training session aimed at producers and companies in the agri-food sector. The session, entitled “Grow Your Business with WhatsApp Business”, will take place on Thursday, October 23rd, from 3:00 to 4:30 p.m. (CET) in an online format.

The training will be delivered by Gemma Capell, from the agency Red Peppers, specialized in agri-food marketing and communication.

WhatsApp Business is a tool that offers many possibilities to improve customer management and increase business professionalism. During the session, participants will learn how to:

  • Create a digital product catalog.

  • Organize orders quickly and easily.

  • Set up automated replies and welcome messages.

  • Segment clients and send relevant information.

  • Project a more professional image.
