One of the most appreciated desserts of Empordanet (the writings of Josep Pla are testimony) is the "recuit de drap", a type of fresh cheese of soft paste drained and wrapped in a cloth of cellulose. And it looks great with honey or sugar!

Recuits Nuri opens the door to all travellers who wish to get to know the family workshop where goats milk products are made in a traditional way. Visits to the dairy finish with a taste of her star product: "recuit de drap" a curd drained through a cellulose cloth and eaten as dessert.
