Cours d'initiation à la marche nordique

La marche nordique, originaire de Finlande, est un sport qui est né comme substitut du ski de fond en été, mais qui occupe actuellement sa place, du fait de la facilité de pratique et de l'exhaustivité des structures musculo-squelettiques impliquées.
C'est en effet un sport accessible à tous et très bénéfique au niveau physique et psychosocial.
Avec les stages Vertical Emotions vous apprendrez l'histoire, les différentes techniques de progression et les bienfaits de la marche nordique, tout en la mettant en pratique en milieu naturel.
Dans le cours d'initiation à la marche nordique, nous établirons un premier contact avec le sport, nous expliquerons les caractéristiques du matériel, les différences entre la randonnée et la marche nordique, les techniques de base de la progression et les avantages d'utiliser des bâtons.
